This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Novixfund collects when you use our website, purchase a Challenge, or hold an Account, and how we use, share, and protect it. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information: - Account information: your email address, password hash, and preferred language. - Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and similar diagnostic data collected automatically when you use the site or trading terminal. - Identity verification (KYC) information: government-issued ID documents, a selfie or liveness check, and related verification data, collected only when required before a payout, through our identity verification processor. - Payout information: your USDT wallet address and payout history. - Trading data: orders, fills, positions, balances, and other activity generated within your simulated Account. - Support and communications: the content of messages you send to support@novixfund.com or through in-platform contact forms.

We use your information to: - Create and operate your Account and process your Challenge purchases; - Evaluate your Account against the applicable Rules and calculate and process payouts; - Verify your identity and screen for sanctions and fraud before a payout, as described in our AML/KYC Policy; - Communicate with you about your Account, payments, and support requests; - Maintain the security and integrity of the platform, including detecting the prohibited conduct described in our Terms of Service; - Improve the platform and meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your KYC documents for any purpose other than identity verification, sanctions screening, and legal compliance.

We retain Account and transaction records for as long as your Account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed to resolve disputes, meet accounting and legal obligations, and prevent fraud. KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations described in our AML/KYC Policy, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is legally required.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations: - Email and communications providers, to send transactional and support messages; - Our identity verification (KYC) processor, to verify your identity before a payout; - Payment processors and public blockchain networks — payouts and payments in USDT settle on public blockchains (for example TRC20 and BEP20), which are transparent and viewable by anyone; a wallet address and transaction, once broadcast, are recorded on a public, immutable ledger outside our control.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Novixfund, our users, or the public.

We use essential cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and understand basic site usage. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. Where required, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies before setting them, and you can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting support@novixfund.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information — such as records required for legal, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes — cannot be deleted while those obligations apply.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access to KYC data, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on the platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform or communicated by email where appropriate.
