Risk Disclosure
Last updated September 30, 2026
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
This Risk Disclosure explains material characteristics of Novixfund's simulated evaluations and funded Accounts so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing a Challenge. Read it together with our Terms of Service before you trade.
2. Simulated Trading Environment
Every Novixfund Account, at every phase, is simulated. No order you place is sent to Binance, any other exchange, or any liquidity venue; no position you open carries real market risk or real market exposure; and no Account holds real cryptocurrency or other assets. "Funded" describes eligibility for a discretionary payout under our Terms of Service, not custody of real trading capital.
3. Price Feed, Fills and Slippage
Orders in your Account are filled against live Binance perpetual futures market data, plus a published slippage allowance and trading fees, to approximate realistic execution conditions. This differs from trading on a live exchange in several ways: - Your orders never interact with real market liquidity or real order books, so fills reflect a modeled approximation of execution, not guaranteed access to the price you see; - During feed staleness or an outage, order evaluation, fills, and Rules checks for the affected symbol may pause until the feed recovers, which would not necessarily occur in the same way on a live exchange; - Performance in a simulated Account, including any track record shown on this site, is not a reliable indicator of results you would achieve trading real capital on a live exchange.
4. Cryptocurrency Volatility
The underlying reference markets — cryptocurrency perpetual futures — are highly volatile and can move sharply in short periods. Because your simulated Account's daily and total loss limits are evaluated continuously against this volatility, rapid price movements can cause an Account to breach its Rules and fail quickly, even without trading error.
5. Leverage Risk
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses within the simulation. Trading at higher leverage increases the speed at which an Account can approach or breach its daily or total loss limits. You should only trade at a leverage level appropriate to your understanding of the Rules and the underlying market's volatility.
6. No Guarantee of Funding or Payouts
Passing an evaluation and receiving a payout depend entirely on your trading performance measured against the published Rules; neither is guaranteed by purchasing a Challenge. Past payouts, including any proof-of-payout data published on this site, are illustrative only and are not indicative of future results for you or any other trader.
7. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for understanding the Rules that apply to your Account, and for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you. Nothing on the platform — including the profit calculator, leaderboard, or marketing content — is financial, investment, or trading advice.
