Payouts

Why was my payout delayed?

Weekend timing and an incomplete eligibility check are the two most common causes.

Median review time is under 14 hours, but two things commonly stretch it: a request submitted late on a Friday can sit until the next business day, and a request where one eligibility item was borderline — for example, a qualifying trading day that posted just after the request was submitted — needs a manual second look.

If a payout is genuinely stuck beyond 48 hours with no update, open a support ticket referencing the request ID from your Payouts history — that routes directly to the review queue rather than general support.
