Getting started

Sign-up, the free demo, and choosing an account size.

What is the evaluation?

The two-step process every plan uses to move from a paid challenge to a funded account.

Creating your account

Sign-up takes an email and a password — no card details are needed until you buy a challenge.

The free demo account

A no-cost 10,000 USDT practice account with no rules enforced, to learn the terminal first.

Choosing an account size

Match plan size to how much dollar risk per trade you’re comfortable managing, not to the fee alone.

Payments

Fees, discount codes, refunds, and paying from your wallet.

Accepted payment methods

Challenge fees are paid in USDT, or from an existing wallet balance.

Using a discount code

Enter a code at checkout before payment — it cannot be applied retroactively.

Refund policy

Challenge fees are non-refundable once an account is activated — here’s exactly what that covers.

Paying with wallet balance

Use accumulated deposits or a previous payout to buy your next challenge instantly.

Challenge rules

Profit targets, qualifying days, and prohibited practices.

Profit targets explained

Step 1 targets 10%, Step 2 targets 5% — both measured flat, with a cap on any single trade’s contribution.

Qualifying trading days

A day counts only with a closed trade moving realized PnL by at least 0.25% of initial balance.

Prohibited trading practices

Copy-trading across your own challenges, latency abuse, and account sharing all result in a breach.

Resets explained

After a breach, a reset restarts your challenge balance at half the original fee, up to twice.

Trading terminal

Orders, mark price, TP/SL, and the order book.

Placing market and limit orders

Market orders fill immediately and can slip; limit orders wait at your price.

Understanding mark price

Mark price, not last-traded price, drives your unrealized PnL and stop/liquidation triggers.

Using take-profit and stop-loss

Set both at order time; drag them on the chart afterward if you need to adjust.

Reading the order book

26 levels per side, with cumulative size bars showing where real liquidity sits.

Funded accounts

What changes after Step 2, and the funded-only risk rules.

From Step 2 to funded

Passing Step 2 converts the account automatically — no ticket, no separate purchase.

Funded account risk rules

Beyond the standard loss limits, funded accounts add a total-open-risk cap and a minimum hold time.

Inactivity policy

30 consecutive days without a trade closes an account, at any phase.

Scaling your funded account

Two clean, profitable payout cycles grow your balance automatically — see the Scaling page for the full ladder.

Payouts

Requesting, timing, networks, and delays.

How to request a payout

A short form checks eligibility live, then routes your request to manual review.

Payout schedule and cadence

First payout after 14 days, then weekly for every account that stays eligible.

Supported payout networks

USDT only, on TRC20 or BEP20 — double-check your saved address matches the network.

Why was my payout delayed?

Weekend timing and an incomplete eligibility check are the two most common causes.

KYC

Documents, turnaround time, and data privacy.

What documents do I need?

One government-issued photo ID and a live selfie — reviewed manually, not by a third-party KYC vendor.

How long does KYC take?

Typically same or next business day, since review is manual and in-house.

KYC rejected — what now?

A rejection notice states the specific reason; you can resubmit immediately.

Data privacy and KYC

Documents are stored encrypted and used only for identity verification, per our privacy policy.

Account & security

2FA, devices, phishing, and your payout address.

Enabling two-factor authentication

An authenticator app adds a second step to sign-in and to changing your payout address.

Recognizing phishing attempts

We never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or seed phrases over email, chat, or support tickets.

Device management

Review and revoke signed-in devices from Settings > Security at any time.

Changing your payout address

A 48-hour cooldown applies before a new address becomes active — a deliberate anti-takeover delay.
