How we protect accounts and funds

Account security and treasury policy are handled as separate concerns, each with its own safeguards.

Two-factor authentication

Every account can enable app-based 2FA, required at sign-in from a new device and when confirming a payout address change.

Device checks

Sign-ins from a new device or location trigger a verification step and are logged in your account's device list, viewable and revocable at any time.

Payout address cooldown

Changing a payout address takes 48 hours to become active — a deliberate delay against account takeover, not a delay aimed at traders.

Treasury policy

Operating funds and payout reserves are held in separate wallets; payout reserves are never used for operating expenses.

Uptime

The terminal and market data feed are monitored continuously, with incidents posted to the status page as they happen.

Data protection

Identity documents are stored encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties except where required by law.
